The Quarterly Creative Team Branding Shoot Includes:
- Deep dive research session into your brand’s content, voice, and your presence on all platforms
- Storytelling Strategy Call with your creative team 30 days before the shoot, where we discuss the quarter’s storylines, locations, outfits, props, and extra subjects
- Prep call with you 2 weeks before the shoot, with a detailed shot list and prop/outfit packing list
- Full branding shoot (4 hours) once a quarter with up to 3 locations
- Full shoot-day itinerary (you’ll be excited about what we have planned!)
- Consistent content library that visually represents your brand for marketing/advertising

- Storytelling Strategy Call with you 30 days before the shoot, where we discuss storylines, locations, outfits, and props
- Check-In call with you 2 weeks before the shoot, with a detailed shot list and prop/outfit packing list sent to you
- 2 hour (quarter day) with up to 2 locations or 4 hour (half day) shoot with up to 3 locations
- Consistent content gallery that visually represents your brand for marketing/advertising
4 Hour Shoot with 70 final images
2 Hour Shoot with 35 final images
50% Due upon booking to retain time/day and the remaining 50% due before final, edited images are delivered.

Every quarter, I bring together the rising stars in business. While we have fun and get to know each other better, I will also capture the unique pictures that will add to your visual brand story.
To keep this an intimate event, we cap this at 7 people. That way you can make new friends, take your time changing outfits, and get the gorgeous images that show off you and your brand’s personality.
We meet at different locations each quarter. Some of the spaces will give us the opportunity to do inside and outside pictures. I let everyone know the location for the shoot 30 days before hand, so you have lots of time to prepare and to select the 3-4 outfits to bring with you.

Research
I thoroughly research the brand’s content and online presence so I can get to know the core of your business, who you help, what problem your business solves, and what your unique passions are so that I can get to know where you came from and where you want to go.
Brainstorm
The storytelling strategy call with you or your team covers how we can set you apart from your competitors with visuals. This includes deciding on locations, props, storylines, outfits, extra people, etc so we can create an itinerary and detailed shot list for our session.
Prep
You will receive a shoot day itinerary and shot list breaking down an easy to follow checklist for what to bring the day of the shoot including props and outfits. If you are getting professional hair and makeup done, make sure they are booked for our date & pack your bag!
Shoot
The day has arrived, time to get some amazing new content. All you have to do is bring your bag of props and steamed outfits. I will take care of the rest, flowing you through our shot list & helping your business reach higher goals by reaching your target market emotionally.
